Deposit: A not refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This will be applied to the cost of your service with the exception of the squeeze in fee.

One on one training: Deposits are not refundable. Trainings can be rescheduled two times with the first deposit. A third reschedule requires a new deposit.

Balance: The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your appointment.

Guests: Please do not bring additional guests.

• Arrive with hair product free — no grease, oil, leave in or gel. Non-compliance may lead to cancellation.
• Wash your bundles, even if new, for the best result.
• No bundles cut into small pieces.
• We only work with selected types of virgin hair; preference: raw hair. Contact us first if unsure.
• No Amazon, AliExpress, synthetic or poor-quality hair. Service can be denied if quality is insufficient.

• Ten minutes late = €10 fee.
• Fifteen minutes late = appointment cancelled.
• Limited parking; plan to arrive early — parking delays still count as late.

• Cancel at least forty-eight hours in advance.
• Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule.
• No shows are black-listed; to rebook, pay the previous remaining balance.

Hair by Lilliy offers a twenty-four-hour grace period to address any issue; we’ll find a fitting solution. Refunds are not provided.
