Delivery

Please allocate adequate time when placing your order.

• Processing time: two weeks (fourteen days).
• Delivery: next-day recorded delivery after processing time.

International orders

• DHL: one to two days.
• International deliveries are subject to additional cost.

Refund policy

The nature of our product does not allow for refunds once the item has been used. Exchanges and refunds can be made under the following terms:

• The product is reported for an exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• The product has not been worn and is still in its original state and packaging.
• The product shows no glue usage, gel or any other hair products.

Shipping fees and exchanges

• The customer must cover all return fees.
• The client is responsible for the item until we have received it.
• Please use a tracked service that requires a recipient signature.
• We do not take responsibility for items lost during exchanges.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and HBLCOLLECTION. Any waiver of any provision of the terms of service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of HBLCOLLECTION.
