Processing & Shipping Times

• In-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Raw hair orders: These are pre-order items and are not kept in stock. Please allow 14–17 business days for processing, plus 1–2 business days for delivery.

• Note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update via the shipping carrier.
